Warranty:

 

In business since 1990 we have built a wide portfolio of clients by standing behind the equipment we sell, maintain and services we provide. We warranty every equipment we sell, and biomedical services we provide for 90 days on repairs and 1 year of selected purchased equipment.

Support:

 

Working hand in hand with our clients has provided us with a clear understanding of the urgency the medical field  demands, And most importantly to understand the revenue loss that comes with equipment malfunction, therefore we focus our repair services in providing you as a client with timely/quality repairs needed to minimize down time. 

 

 

Shipping: 

 

 All merchandise, parts and equipment In stock will be shipped at our discretion via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or Freight Line depending on size and weight of the product and location of delivery 

  

 

 Returns: 

 

Except for misuse, handling or physical damage. We will at our discretion repair or replace any returned item.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Additionally all returns must have RGA number issued by us.  Any damaged equipment claims must be immediately filed with the delivering carrier and we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged equipment excluding weekend and holidays.

 

Authorized returns must be carefully packaged in shipping cartons with all shipping charges prepaid.

Any returns other than for damage or error on our part will are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
